This year, Thanksgiving will probably feel a little different for everyone. Some may not be able to travel and others may be doing a scaled-back version of Thanksgiving. However and wherever you’re celebrating this year, know that we all still have so much to be thankful for amid a tough year.
We wanted to share what we’re thankful for this year!
1. Our Health
This has been a scary year for all of us, but the one thing we are very thankful for is our health. To be able to wake up each day and be in great health is one of the greatest gifts you can have in life. Each day we’re thankful that we’re healthy and alive.
2. Our Employees
The staff at Mid America Mortgage is like one big family, we always have been and we always will be. At the start of the pandemic, all of our employees were so responsive and understanding to what was happening in our industry, even when they didn’t have to be. The extra work and time they have contributed is continuing us to get through these times. We’re thankful for them not just on Thanksgiving, but each and every day.
3. Family and Friends
There really isn’t anything that compares to the love, kindness and support from those closest to you and for that, we’re so thankful. We’re thankful that our families and friends can stay in touch even when we couldn’t be in person all together and even now. Without them, we wouldn’t be who we are today.
4. Our Local Community
If the pandemic taught us one thing, it’s that our local community right here in Mid-Missouri is the best. Being a small business, we’ve always known the importance in supporting your community. The pandemic continues to test us all, but our local communities have rallied together to send a message that we are stronger than whatever 2020 throws at us. We’re so very thankful for those who continue to shop and support local businesses.
From all of us at Mid America Mortgage, we’re wishing you a happy and safe Thanksgiving!
